Returns Policy

At MRC Golf, every custom order is built specifically to your requirements. We take great care to ensure every product is manufactured, assembled and inspected before it leaves our workshop.

Custom Orders

Custom-built or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Custom-built golf clubs

- Custom shaft builds

- Clubs built to requested specifications (length, loft, lie, swing weight, grip, etc.)

- Custom grip installations

- Special order items sourced specifically for a customer

- Any personalised or bespoke products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke or personalised goods made to a customer's specification are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your custom order:

- Arrives damaged,

- Develops a manufacturing fault,

- Or has been supplied incorrectly compared with your confirmed order,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will inspect the item and offer one of the following:

- Repair

- Replacement

- Refund (where a repair or replacement is not possible)

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Unused standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

- Unused

- In their original condition

- In their original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

How to Request a Return

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Please include:

- Your order number

- Your name

- A description of the issue

- Photographs where applicable

Returns should only be sent once authorised by our team.

Important

We recommend carefully checking all custom specifications before confirming your order, including:

- Club model

- Shaft model and flex

- Grip type and size

- Length

- Loft and lie adjustments

- Any other requested build specifications

Once a custom build has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
